Vegan cereal and bean burger

One of the easiest vegan meal is a burger,  you only need to chop and mix all the ingredients, wait 5 minutes to stand, form burgers, and fry them. It can be varied in many ways, depending on what’s in your fridge, and what is in season. Usually I cook 1 kilo of cereal, separate into small portions, bag them, freeze it , so you do not have to cook all day. You can do the same with beans.

Ingredients – makes 10-12 burger
1/2 cup cooked cereal (rice, millet, quinoa etc. – in this recipe I used millet)
400 g of cooked beans (I used white beans)
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 onion
1 tomato
few leaves of fresh coriander
1 garlic
1 spoon of soy sauce

2 sundried tomatoes
2 tablespoons of yeast flakes
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon mustard seed
Freshly ground pepper
For baking: coconut oil

Preparation
1. In a large bowl put the cereal, beans, oatmeal, yeast flakes and spices.
2. Cut up the onion, tomatoes, coriander, garlic, dried tomatoes add to bowl.
3. Knead the mass, and let it stand for 5 minutes.
4. Form finger thick burgers.
5. Fry them in medium heat with little coconut oil, until both sides turn golden.
