Vegan, glutenfree protein pancake

This pancake is one of the favorite breakfast of my friends, it has everything what you need to start well the day! If you do sport, it’s perfect for breakfast or an afternoon meal. Its not only nutritious, very tasty too! The buckwheat is completely gluten-free flour.

Ingredients serves two
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup of hemp seed protein powder
1 and 1/4 cup water
a banana
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
2 teaspoons baking powders
coconut oil

Preparation
1. Mix the dry ingredients.
2. In another bowl mash the bananas and mix with water. Mix with the dry ingredients.
3. Heat up the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry both sides of the pancakes.
4. Serve with maple Syrup, honey, fresh fruit, or whatever you feel like!
